Hornet Fitness Center membership program to remain open
After initial plans to close, the Hornet Fitness Center will remain open to the community via a revised membership model.
This decision was made based on an outpouring of community feedback. This input helped us develop a slightly modified model that would keep the center accessible while remaining financially sustainable for the district.
Starting for summer 2026, memberships will now be continuous with one flat monthly rate:
- Adults: $25
- Students: $5
- Seniors (62+): FREE!
There will be no more re-registering for summer and school year seasons.
Registration is now re-open, with access starting back up on June 1.
Big Lake Schools is excited to continue offering this option to the community!
